High Quality Product and Communication
As was so many things in the past year we all have to stay flexible on delivery dates. I had some disappointment that I didn’t receive this for the holiday season but I’m very pleased with the end product and keeping up to Frontgate standards. Other companies have definitely cut back on quality with recent challenges in supply chains. And the communication from Frontgate on when the product would be delivered even though it was delayed were very well done.

Worth the Wait
The quality and beauty of this welcome mat was worth the wait - even though it is extremely late. Even the snow has melted, but I didn't want to go through the effort of cancelling and reordering later this year, so I just wrote it off for last year, and will use it this year. It also has soft texture.
