Great looking pet residence
I bought this so that I can secure my cat when the house is full of family over the holidays. So much better than closing her up in a room, and she feels safe. It did take my husband an hour or so to put it together and one bag of screws were miss labeled. But everything needed was there and it seems very sturdy. Cushions/bumper pads are very plush.

Typical Frontgate
This looked great in the catalogue and looks good in my house. However, it was made in China and poorly constructed. There seems to be zero quality control as one of the screw holders was missing and the other pulled right out. Fortunately my partner was able to do a work around. Overpriced for the level of quality.

Crate looks great to Start!
I bought this crate 4 years ago, it was beautiful, but after about 6 months the top center broke away from the edge molding, we glued it back in place. About one year in the plastic tray cracked, I called and they do not sell the tray but they graciously sent me a new one. A year later the plastic tray cracked again and no supplier carries this size tray, so we had to cut a board to fit, it now has bad dog smell. I'm looking for a different crate.

This create looks great in our home. You have to be very careful trying to move it to clean behind it. If you try to pick up from the top to move, it comes apart. For the price, the quality of this product is not satisfactory and not what I expect from Frontgate.

Poor Quality for the price
I have bought 2 of these they are beautiful but not made great & one house was cracked & had to order a new top the other was missing a screw that’s supposed to already be installed. I just feel they need to lower the price due to the cheap quality of this product but it does look very nice.

So disappointed
Bought this because it's perfect looking, goes with the rest of our furniture perfectly and seemed solid for our girl. When we got it we realized one of the pieces was faulty when we tried to put it together. We received a replacement piece from Frontgate and that was also faulty. Sadly, the factory ruined what would have been a perfect dog crate.

Would this crate be suitable for training a puppy? Are the bars chew proof?

Are the product issues for this worked out? It seems the gray color has much worse reviews than the white. Is the manufacturer the same? It’s a lot of money for pieces that are difficult to put together, and the floor cracks.....
