What is the Ship to Store Delivery program?

Ship to Store allows you to send your purchases to a retail store for pickup without incurring any shipping charges.

How do I know which items qualify to be shipped to a store?

Eligible items will have a Ship to Store icon on the top right of the product page. You will also see a Ship to Store delivery option in the checkout process for items that qualify.

Why aren’t all items eligible to be shipped to a store?

Some items are simply too heavy or too large to be easily and safely transported from the store to your home. Additionally, items that are not stocked in our warehouse are not eligible.

Can I select different delivery methods for items in my bag?

Yes. You can make these selections when you add each item to your bag or during the checkout process.

What if an item I want to purchase is on backorder?

The item can still be shipped to store for pickup. The additional lead time will be indicated on the delivery option.

When will I be charged for my items?

Your form of payment will be authorized for the full purchase amount, including tax, at the time of order. Items may ship and bill separately. You will be charged for each item upon shipment, regardless of whether the order is complete. This may result in multiple charges to your form of payment.

How will I know when my order is ready?

If you have a valid email address, you will receive a notification when you order leaves the warehouse. Orders typically arrive in store between 3 and 7 days after shipping. When your order arrives in store, you will receive an email to let you know that your orders is ready for pick up within one hour of the notification.

Where do I retrieve my order?

Instructions will be provided when you are contacted by the store to pick up your item, but you can always check in at the cash wrap.

How long will you hold my order?

If you have not retrieved your order after 7 days, your items will be returned, and your original form of tender will be credited.

What information do I need to provide when picking up my order?

You may present either your order confirmation or your shipping confirmation.

Can I have someone else pick up the order for me?

Yes. Provide the person with the order confirmation, and contact the store to explain who will be picking up on your behalf.
